Fitness That Fits Your Life

Our classes work together to build strength, improve fitness, and help you move well — coached, programmed with a plan, not just random workouts week after week. And because training should be something you actually look forward to, we keep it enjoyable too.

Whether you're completely new to strength training or already have a few years behind you, we'll build from wherever you're starting.

SWEAT

Duration: 45 minutes

Built around the row, bike, and ski erg. Every session mixes up intervals — some longer and steadier, often in teams. Each class is different, fun, challenging, and guaranteed to leave you feeling accomplished.

Who is it for?

Everyone. Go at your own pace, every workout scales to your level.

BUILD

Our strength class: a structured, progressive programme to help you build muscle, strength, and confidence. Expect squats, deadlifts, and bench press, with a clear focus each session. You'll learn to lift safely, move well, and get stronger week after week.

Duration: 1 hour

Who is it for?

Everyone. Strength training is for every body, no matter your age, experience, or goal.

FLOW

Duration: 1 hour

Your chance to slow down, recover, and move with intention. FLOW focuses on mobility, flexibility, and range of motion — relieving tightness and supporting the rest of your training. Think of it as the reset your body needs to keep performing and feeling its best.

People exercising on cardio machines in a gym, including a woman on a treadmill, a woman on an elliptical, and a man on a stationary bike.

Who is it for?

Everyone, whether you train with us regularly or just want to move and feel better.

COMPLETE

Duration: 1 hour

Strength and fitness in one high-energy session - dumbbells, kettlebells, ergs, bodyweight work, and the occasional odd object. A mix of solo, partner, and team workouts that keep things fun.

Group of people exercising in a gym, focusing on a woman with a medicine ball, surrounded by others on workout equipment.

We recommend a foundation in SWEAT and BUILD first. Once you're comfortable with the basics, COMPLETE is a brilliant next step.

LIFT

Your introduction to Olympic weightlifting — the clean & jerk and the snatch. We work in 8-week cycles, building skill, strength, and confidence as you go. Olympic lifting rewards patience, so our focus is always on strong foundations and great technique first.

Duration: 75 minutes

We recommend completing a BUILD cycle first, so you've got a solid base of strength and movement before joining LIFT.
