Exercise Goes Far Beyond the Physical

I'm a big believer that exercise goes far beyond the physical.

Every day, people walk through our doors carrying things most of us never see:

Grief.
Heartbreak.
Mental health struggles.
Feeling out of place.
Recovery from injury or illness.
Work stress.
Career changes.
Big life transitions.

There are people training right next to us who are working through things we'll never fully know.

For many, training becomes a mental pause button - a chance to focus on something else. To do something just for themselves. Something that feels good. That feels like they've done something for themselves. And puts them around people who make it easier to keep showing up.

I'm so proud of everyone who continues to show up, for yourselves and for each other.

Keep being kind.
Keep noticing each other.
Keep giving high fives.
Keep supporting - it goes such a long way.

And remember:

You're welcome here.
You're supported here.
No matter what you're going through - we've got you.
